Arm Chair Travel Program: Brazil Word Cup Adventure

Bob & Darlene Berdan, and their family, spent three weeks in Brazil in 2014, following the US Men’s National soccer team 7000 + miles around Brazil, visiting Rio de Janiero, Natal, Manaus and Recife, and returning to Rio for departure home. With the Olympics set to begin in Rio on August 5th, here is the question Bob will pose: Will Rio be as ready for the summer Olympics as it was for the World Cup 2 years ago? Come to the lower level of the PI Community Library on Monday August 1st at 6:30 to see some of their slides, learn a bit about Brazil, and soccer, and sample the national drink of Brazil. The evening will end at about 8:00 pm.
