Take advantage of the warm weather; it’ll be snowing before we know it! This class will involve medicine balls, kettlebells, elastic bands, and one’s own body weight. The total body will be stressed during this session and we might get a little dirty! The goal for this hour will be to burn as many calories as we can, build as much muscle as possible, and chase the euphoria of a butt-kicking workout.
