Introduction to Forest-Bathing

Forest bathing is a meditative practice that involves immersing oneself in nature through sight, touch, and other senses. Join artist Polly Sievert in learning how to observe, absorb, and learn from the natural world. With activities such as yoga, walking or eating in the forest, and listening to birds, we will learn to thoroughly experience the outdoors and cultivate a sense of calmness and balance that carries over even when we’re no longer in nature. *Exhibiting Artist: Polly Sievert
