Fiber artist Ann Wichmann is back to teach the traditional fine craft of rug twining. Students will learn twining, which is a simple weaving technique using recycled fibers. A small sized placement/table mat will be made in class. Each student will receive a frame to keep, along with warming material and over-dyed cotton flannel for twining. Students will learn about twining materials, how to prepare them, how to warp, twin and what can be made using this weaving technique. Adults & teens 13+. All materials included. No experience necessary.
