Whether you enjoy knitting, stitching, quilting, felting, sewing, crocheting, or any other fiber art, this group is open to anyone interested in working on their own projects and sharing ideas. Show and Tell encouraged!! This group meets 1st and 3rd Tuesdays from 12-3pm, in the library after hours. Join us for a gentle, energizing movement session that promotes balance, relaxation, and well-being-suitable for all. • Great for all ages and abilities, including those recovering from injury • Can be performed standing, sitting, or lying down • No special clothing or equipment needed • Taught by certified Asahi instructors Naomi and Deb |
