Presque Isle is perfectly poised for the downhill skiing day trip of your choice with six hills to choose from, each with a character and charm all its own. The closest are the three hills of Michigan's Western Upper Peninsula, located approximately 30 miles northeast and boasting some of the best trails the Midwest has to offer. Porcupine Mountains - (Ontonagon)
